Return Policy

We offer a 14-days return policy as below:

We accept products for returns if requests are submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

Such Product must be returned in new, unused condition and in its original packaging and/or, if damages during delivery, in the condition received.


To return your Product(s), please email us with your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to return.

Please Note: that you need to email us, and do NOT use our online chat or customer service phone number for a return request. Due to our internal privacy policy, our representatives are not given access to a customer’s personal information and hence cannot answer your return related questions.

After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us. Such failure to give written notice shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of Products and an admission that they fully comply with all the terms, conditions, and specifications in this Agreement.

Once we receive your returned Product(s), please expect 7 business days for your order to be processed and receive your store credit. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.


Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


All sale, discounted or bundled items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.


With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases. If you would like to return a new and unused item, please follow the return policy. Store credit will be issued when we receive your items and you will then be able to use your store credit to place another order.


If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please email us and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue so that we can further assist you! Each inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
